注意事項Notes：
一、 學生以在學身份赴境外修讀者，其在境外經本校系所同意所修課程學分與成績於返校後均比照校際選修方式辦理，全部學分與成績登錄於當學期成績中，惟是否列計畢業學分由所屬系所審定。For currently NCU enrolled students who choose to study abroad, all grades and credits earned from abroad should be dealt as cases of inter-collegiate course registration, and all grades and credits should be entered into academic record of the courses taken semester. It is up to student’s home departments to decide whether the credits should be counted towards credits for graduation.
二、 系所對於境外修課學分轉換為本校成績資料時應依本校學生成績作業要點處理。Credits earned from abroad converted to NCU academic performance data should be dealt under the NCU Policy on Academic Record.
三、委託他人須附上 1-01 學籍與成績業務申辦委託書，受託人須出示身分證明文件以備查驗。Entrust others to go to the counter of the school
to apply, please fill out the application form and attach the power of attorney( 1-01 Letter of Authorization for the Submission of Registration and Achievement business Applications). The trustee must show the proof of identity document for inspection
