注意事項Notes：
一、申請資格（標準）Standard Eligibility Conditions：
1. 學士班應屆畢業生（含申請提前畢業學生）具下列條件之一者：Bachelor’s degree graduates or those apply for graduating early who meet one of the following conditions.
(1) 總成績名次在該系、班、組（教育部核准分組）、學位學程學士班學生前三分之一以內，具有研究潛力者。The total score ranks top one-third in the department, class, group (approved grouping by Ministry of Education), or degree program, and evidence of research ability.
(2) 其他特殊情形，經系（所、專班、學位學程）評定為成績優異，具有研究潛力者。Special circumstances: those who are ratified by department, institute, in-service program or credit program as having excellent academic record and showing evidence of research ability.
2. 本校碩士班學生修業二學期以上且修畢碩士班應修科目至少十六學分（不含補修大學基礎科目）並具下列條件之一者：NCU master students who have enrolled over two semesters and have completed at least 16 credits from the master program (not including make-up basic subjects taken from undergraduate program), and meet one of the following conditions:
(1) 總成績名次在該系、所、班、組（教育部核准分組）、學位學程碩士班學生前三分之一以內，具有研究潛力者。The total score ranks top one-third in the department, institute, class, group (approved grouping by Ministry of Education), degree program, and evidence of research ability.
(2) 其他特殊情形，經系（所、專班、學位學程）評定為成績優異，具有研究潛力者。Special circumstances: those who are ratified by department, institute, in-service program or credit program as having excellent academic record and showing evidence of research ability.
二、應繳交資料Documents Required：
1. 逕修讀博士學位申請表。NCU Application Form for Skipping Master’s Program Directly to a PhD Program
2. 最近一個月內申請之歷年成績單一份（碩士班學生修畢碩士班應修科目至少十六學分）。A copy of transcript of all academic years; the issuance date of the copy should be within one month before the application (At least 16 required credits for the applicant’s master’s program should be completed.)
3. 助理教授以上推薦書至少二份。At least two recommendation letters from assistant professors or professors
4. 研究計畫一份。A research plan
5. 其他各系（所、專班、學位學程）規定之文件。Other documents required by the departments (institutes, divisions, in-service programs, degree programs) involved
6. 在職進修同意書(以在職生身份申請者)。A letter of authorization for in-service study (For in-service applicant)
以上資料經擬就讀系（所、專班、學位學程）相關會議甄審通過後，連同系（所、專班、學位學程）相關會議記錄彙整送教務處，呈請校長核定。The above materials should be evaluated in the committee conference held by the intended department, institute, in-service program or degree program.
